We would like to inform you of the following forthcoming changes to our trading terms and conditions which will become effective from 1st October 2015.
Minimum Order Requirement
Online Orders: The minimum order level for wholesale orders will change as follows.
Current minimum: £25 (£30 incl. Vat)
After 1st October: £35 (£42 incl. Vat)
This change will affect less than 3%* of our current clients.
*Based on orders received in the last 12 months
Phone Orders: (All phone orders)
Current minimum: £55 (£66 incl. Vat)
After 1st October: £65 (£78 incl. Vat)
New Retail Price Option:
From October 1st it will also be possible to order via our website without a minimum order requirement. Retail prices will be charged in this case. By default our website will display retail prices. Wholesale clients will now need to login to their account to view wholesale prices. Any client who has already registered an account with us will be considered a wholesale client after 1st October.
Existing registered clients: To place an order at retail prices (i.e without a minimum requirement) you would need to register an additional (retail) account using a different email address or contact us to switch your existing wholesale account to retail.
More detailed information including changes to delivery costs and thresholds will be announced in due course.
In the meantime we are open for business as usual......fully stocked and orders placed before 1pm sent by next day courier.
