We would like to notify you of the following reduced service levels due to staff summer holidays in the forthcoming weeks.
Dates: 9th July to 23rd July 2013 (inclusive).
Orders:
Orders can still be placed online and will be despatched during this period. However, whilst we normally ship all orders placed before noon that same day, during busier periods this may take an additional day.
Telephone Lines: Phone lines will be operational but during busier periods calls may be diverted to our answerphone service. Queries are best directed to our online helpdesk
If you were thinking of placing an order soon. We would be really grateful if you could try and place your order before 11.45am on Monday 8th July as we will be fully staffed until that point.
Prize Draw:
Any customer who places an order on or before that date will have their name entered into a prize draw to win a Zenbow Diffuser valued at over £40. The winner will announced at the end of July.
