1) Login: Our new system uses a single use code login. So there is no need to remember your password any more. Simply request a new code (sent to your email address) each time you login. Your email address and account type remain unchanged* e.g if you were a wholesale customer before, you will be a wholesale customer on the new website.

 

*If no email code arrives, after also checking your junk folder. It could mean you that whilst you are subscribed to this email newsletter you haven't previously registered an ordering account. In which case you would need to register or order as guest.
 

2) Your Account: Basic address details have been transferred to the new system. The only address stored, is your previous invoice address. So please take care at the checkout, if you normally have your goods delivered to a different delivery address. All address details can easily be updated at the checkout. There is also the option to store multiple addresses in your account for easier access in the future.

 

3) Pricing: As before, if you normally pay wholesale prices, you would need login first to view those prices. The system works slightly differently, in that at the checkout the retail price is shown along with the discounted wholesale price. We have also carried out an extensive pricing review, so please check all prices carefully before ordering. 
 

4) Payments & Checkout: We now accept express checkout methods like Apple Pay (mobile only), Google Pay, Pay Pal plus all popular debit and credit cards including newly added American Express. If you are a wholesale customer and using an express checkout method, please ensure you login first to qualify for wholesale prices. Best practice, is to login first so you see the prices which apply to your account throughout the shopping process.
